You will complete a health assessment and a synchronous or asynchronous telehealth consultation with a licensed provider, who provides medication and nutrition guidance, activity recommendations, and ongoing follow-ups.
For most patients, no live video or phone appointment is required. The AHBARx Weight Loss Program uses an asynchronous telehealth consultation and allows you to complete your medical intake online, on your own time. Our licensed provider reviews your medical health history and determines whether treatment is appropriate. If prescribed, you'll receive educational materials and medication instructions when your order is delivered.
If you’re located in West Virginia, Kansas, New Mexico, Mississippi, and Louisiana, you will see a scheduling link to book a synchronous telehealth consultation. Clicking this link will direct you to the Provider’s calendar, where you can choose an available time slot and enter your name and email. A confirmation of your scheduled consultation will be sent to your email, along with the guide to follow for your video telehealth consultation.
AHBARx care team can also assist you with customer support services under the patient portal for further concerns or inquiries.
