Yes – as long as your order has not yet shipped, you can update key details from your account.
What you can change
- Your shipping address
- Your payment method
Log in to your account before your products ship to make these changes. Once your payment has been charged and the package is handed to the carrier, the order can no longer be changed. To be safe, make any changes at least 48 hours before your process date.
