If a payment is declined, there is no need to worry – we will help you get it sorted.
- We will send you an email with instructions to update your payment information.
- We will continue to attempt the charge using the card on file for a period of time.
- If payment is still unsuccessful, your order may be delayed until the issue is resolved.
You can update your payment method any time from the Payment section of your account.
